New research from @georgemasonu and Goodwin Living shows our @stronger_memory program delivers measurable gains in memory, focus and emotional well-being for older adults.
Just 30 minutes a day of reading aloud, writing by hand and simple math can boost brain power and connection, with no medication required!

Goodwin Living President & CEO Rob Liebreich and Goodwin Living resident Rita Siebenaler spoke alongside U.S. Representatives Maria Salazar (R-FL) and Tom Suozzi (D-NY) and other community leaders about the importance of bipartisan immigration reform to support our nation`s workforce, businesses and aging population.
Rob stated, "Closing our borders to these immigrants has another consequence — care-flation. Fewer senior living workers means higher care costs. Higher care costs leads to care-flation."
With team members from over 80 countries and a program that has helped more than 200 individuals gain citizenship, Goodwin Living is dedicated to the cause!
