The Evolving Leaders Program (ELP) at Goodwin Living is a professional development initiative designed to support internal growth and leadership development within the organization. The program fosters continuous learning, skill-building and meaningful connections. Our current ELP cohort recently had the opportunity to meet with program alumni. They engaged in networking, shared valuable experiences and cultivated relationships that will continue to inspire and support their leadership journeys.
