“For employees, Goodwin Living is a place to grow. The tuition assistance program shows Goodwin Living cares about my growth. I was able to use the benefit for RMA training, and when I received my license, they hired me as an RMA. This really helped me improve my skills for the benefit of the residents. Goodwin Living encourages us to grow and learn and reach our full potential, which improves the overall quality of care we provide. I really appreciate it.”
– Anissa Benjeloun, Terrace RMA
“I would not be able to pay for my citizenship application fee because of all my responsibilities, bills to support myself and the money I send back to family in Sierra Leone. It would have taken me another two years to save enough money for the application fee. had tears in my eyes when I found out that Goodwin Living would pay for my citizenship application. I immediately called my dad who is in Sierra Leone and both of us were very excited.”
