Visit Protocols for GHA
Visits with Residents of the Health Care Center:
- Visits may take place in the resident’s room, if all visitors are fully vaccinated. If any visitor is unvaccinated (including children), visits must take place outdoors or in designated indoor spaces.
- For all visits, everyone must wear masks at all times, maintain social distance as they are able and practice frequent hand hygiene.
Visits with Residents of Residential (Independent) Living:
- Visits will take place in the resident’s apartment.
- Masks must be worn at all times during the visit.
- Fully vaccinated guests may stay overnight in the resident’s apartment. No testing required.
Visits with Residents in Assisted Living / Memory Support:
Due to an increased risk of COVID-19, local public health authorities strongly discourage visits to these areas at this time. We ask that you please consider rescheduling your visit for a later date.
If you choose to proceed with your visit:
- Visits will take place in the resident’s apartment.
- Masks must be worn at all times during the visit.
Fully vaccinated guests may dine with residents for meals in the Alexandria Dining Room, Arbor Room, Fillmore Lounge and Bistro. You will be asked to provide proof of vaccination at all dining venues. Reservations are required for some venues.
Goodwin Living thanks you for your commitment to our protocols. We appreciate your support and understanding during these challenging times.
