Fireside
Our more contemporary trattoria features custom pizzas, entrée salads, and premium meat, fish or vegetable-based entrees prepared in an open kitchen ambiance. If you’re short for time and headed towards a concert or presentation by a regarded foreign policy or cultural leader in the GHBC auditorium, you can quickly enjoy an assortment of delicious appetizers at the Fireside and be on your way.
The Bistro
The Bistro is our fast casual venue, where we specialize in sandwiches, salads, hamburgers and other good eats. Enjoy meats, fish and vegetables hot from the grill. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and light snacks in between, the Bistro offers easy choices, at your pace, all throughout the day, served in the Bistro dining room as well as on the Bistro Patio.
