Making the Most of Our Bailey’s Crossroads Lifestyle
One of the ways we uplift and honor the lives of older adults is to create a real sense of home. That means few restrictions and an emphasis on individuality and opportunities for personal growth. Want to learn a new language, discuss books with friends or brush up on your art skills? Our cultural and educational programs have you covered. Interdenominational services in our chapel and nutritional classes are just two of the ways you can advance your spiritual and physical wellness. And joining a volunteer program is a great way to channel your energy and abilities into good works in the surrounding community.
Bailey’s Crossroads and Beyond
One of the pleasures of home is getting out and about, all the better to enjoy the feeling of coming home again. Our community is close to the convenience of Bailey’s Crossroads, as well as the charm of Arlington and Falls Church, both of which offer parks, bike paths, restaurants and shopping streets. Public transport or Goodwin Living buses can take you to cultural and sporting events in nearby Washington, D.C. We’ve put together a list of things to do in the local area. Thanks to residents who embrace culture and lifelong learning, it’s an ever-growing list!
