How to Join Goodwin House AlexandriaHave you visited our campus and explored your options? Are you ready to apply to Goodwin House Alexandria? We would be thrilled to welcome you home and invite you to take the next steps.
If you are ready to join the Goodwin Living family and the apartment you want is available, the next step is easy. Simply fill out our confidential application (non-refundable $350 per person application fee). You can send us an email or you can call us at 703.578.7201 to request our application packet, and we’ll put one in the mail to you.
We offer a range of contract options for incoming residents. The best option for you depends on your financial situation. If you aren’t sure which one of our Alexandria apartments most closely matches your current budget and needs, please consult with one of our senior living counselors. We also encourage you to consult with your financial advisor. Our plans guarantee you access to care and provide financial security. The specific plan you select determines how payment will be handled for future care.
If you have a particular apartment in mind that isn’t currently available, consider joining our Priority Club. This membership gives you priority placement to the residence of your dreams as well as access to select amenities while you wait. Club membership requires a $1,000 refundable deposit.

By the time your apartment is available, your new friends will be ready to throw you a welcome party, our team members will know you by name, and moving in will feel like coming home.
