The Evolving Leaders Program (ELP) at Goodwin Living is a professional development initiative designed to support internal growth and leadership development within the organization. The program fosters continuous learning, skill-building and meaningful connections. Our current ELP cohort recently had the opportunity to meet with program alumni.
