Led by founder Isabella Solano, this acquisition strengthens Goodwin Living efforts to develop intergenerational relationships.

In this role, Taylor is responsible for ensuring strong occupancy at all current Goodwin Living senior living campuses and successfully launching future campuses.

Ms. Muzzall and Ms. Gay were elected to the Goodwin Living Board of Trustees as part of Forest Hills’ recent affiliation with Goodwin Living.

Fitch conducted a paper review of Goodwin Living and reaffirmed BBB+ rating. The key rating factors include revenue defensibility, operating risk and financial profile.
