For nearly 30 years, Charity has helped shape the compassionate, person-centered care that defines Goodwin Living. Her leadership, dedication and deep commitment to empowering healthcare workers continue to make a meaningful impact on residents, team members and the broader senior living field.

“It’s a privilege to serve others and do work that I love and find meaningful,” Charity shared. “My goal remains to empower healthcare workers to deliver care more holistically, seeing each individual as a person, not simply a task to be completed.”

At Capitol Hill, we showed up and spoke up.

Goodwin Living residents and team members stood shoulder to shoulder with the American Business Immigration Coalition and other organizations to advocate for immigrant rights and the workforce that cares for our communities every day.
