On-the-job training

At Goodwin Living, education is more than an afterthought. We provide regular training and allow time for team members to attend classes. From programs such as Evolving Leaders to Skillshare Mentoring to Career Pathfinder, Goodwin Living offers a wide range of classes and training for every team member. You will have the opportunity to pursue new interests, hone skills and gain experience as you pursue your dreams.

Tuition assistance

Since 2017, we have paid more than $825,000 in team members’ tuition assistance. Advancing their education also helped many earn promotions at Goodwin Living. We don’t limit tuition assistance to full-time employees, certain jobs or departments. Join us, meet the eligibility requirements and enroll. We will help you pay for it.

Evolving Leaders Program

Goodwin Living needs leaders, and we invest in creating them. Our Evolving Leaders Program fosters the growth of a dozen leaders every other year. Most program graduates have received promotions to new opportunities or grown within their current role.
